Any Soccer Players Willing To Lend A Hand?

can anyone that plays soccer please help me train like what gym workouts are best, what drills whatever might help thanks im 14 approx 5'5 52kg and i run 13.0 seconds (100metre) im aiming to cut down to 12.5 seconds or so

jump off a bridge.


if it doesn't kill you, run back up and try again.



Keep repeating this until your 100m sprint is down to 12,5sec.

Dude you're plenty fast, the world record is 10.49 seconds.

Work more on ball control, aim, evasion and the most important, passing in a team environment.

Everyone that kicks the ball, thinks they will be the next Pele or Beckham, but teams need good players as a whole and not one lone superstar.

Well, Soccer is a mind game more than muscles, Well not really but you need some tactics don't you?

I believe that you should just play all the time with someone who's better than you, watch how the pass, like changing the leg you use so they get confused and so...

Also try to work on the power of your legs and to do that try slow running and when you run get your feet as high as possible or just go to the gym, there r a lot of helping machines/workouts.
