Only in some states i believe.. for example, in Michigan - completely illegal to own, sell, trade, buy, eat, etc... But since im so cloase to ohio, i could just take it down to my grandparents house and there it is 100% legal to buy, sell, trade, eat (if you wanted to) as long as you dont get a report filed for being "abusive" to the animal - which means i guess you couldnt eat it - or as long as you dont get cought
