If I go above level 130 before RBing will I be allotted even more attribute points than 55 or does it level off at 55?

Warrior Rebirth Question

I am a level 128 WAR now and would really like to reborn. Is it really worth the extra attribute points to go to 130 or does it not make that much of a difference?

Also, what equip should I save...

I was under the impression that X-War-X got...

I was under the impression that X-War-X got reflect no matter what but on the site it only says X-War-Wat and X-War-War and X-War-Tro get reflect....

Can somebody clear this up?
