Nah, the stun only works for higher bp not with break. It's the strongest melee in the game since it has a decent aoe on it too but the problem is you need to be higher bp than anyone else.

Pretty useless, most people go for melee kills. It used to be ok, but really TStriker that 10k shield to avoid getting stunned/zap meleed is far superior to mitigating 20% skill damage.

Np, whip is actually one of the weaker skills anyway tbh. The reflect damage is nice but it has no damage passive. So your melee does 0 damage initially. Really only good if going against someone...

I don't think that's going to happen. The only way to get it is to spend 2588 CP minimum atm for a +6 -5 bound from the Trojan quest npc where you go to pick up random items.
