You're supposed to advertise it first and let people know what does the club do etc. No one wants to join a club that doesn't let people know what they do.

god its a bit obvious.. it does exactly what it says on the tin.

but theres a little story about it, just a little joke between me and simba tho but we still want to see if people will actually join.
