Click the scales under my name and HTA's name

then choose ADD Rep, then OK

You can check your own reputation either by opening your User CP, or by clicking the button on one of your own posts which you normally use to give others +/- reputation.

To avoid rather lame abuse of the reputation system, try to give/take reputation from someone because of their post or previous posts.

It's perfectly logical to give someone reputation because you have seen them say something in the past which you have enjoyed. Likewise, it's also fine to take rep away because that person was a moron in the past.

However, please refrain from partaking in all of the "give me rep and I'll give you rep" bs. It's rather lame to try to "cheat" when it comes to something like a statistic indicating reputation on an online game's forum, lol.

Anyway! Here's the little button which lets you give or take reputation from others and check your own reputation as well.
