I have no idea why the admin left the neps for us, but it is something I can ask her to reconsider removing, for the sake of fairness. I have no idea why a mod would nep, I cant see any situation where it would be warranted.

We should be allowed to nep as its a way of expressing urself to some1 of how u feel the way there acting is innapropriate or just plain dumb i do agree however about not being able to nep mods
