ya true... i dont pep those that repeatedly spam the same "pep me i pep you back" stuff... but those that come in and ask nicely i do pep if i have room, specially if they also pepped me... because i mean what else are they supposed to say when they post the first time, besides asking for some peppies? you gotta start somehow...
and brakachu did it in a nice way... and she said more than just that, so she already wins :P also she went along and pepped before she asked.

it would actually be more like an experiment though... to gather information on what people spam about and how relations between people change and so on... it COULD be quite interesting. :cool:
