Cuz I keep my metabolism going at all anymore. It's gotten so bad since I hit around 32, that I need an energy drink, just to make it to the shower, where I use caffeinated soap, to wake up enough to brew my morning espresso, with caffeinated water mind you. That gives me just enough juice to get to work, where I will need more caffeine to get beyond the first hr of the day. |

Good for you, seriously, And I was similar at that age ( although Male ), but I kept a fairly active lifestyle back then. It wasn't until my "career" life kicked in, that I started to have no time for activities that kept my moving, that the gut started to show up. |
i have one of those exercise bike things, go on it 3 times a week for an hour.. and after it you feel so much better even if all you eaten was mcdonalds, and keeping your pulse high keeps your motabilism fast :D
