Err...to my knowledge you may only review over the last 5 reps you've gotten. You will only know who did if they mention it in the comment or in the thread they rep'ed you in. Not everyone will leave a name...

You click the little scale under ur post count and it tells u and i reped everyone i cud today hopefully i can rev anata tommorow :P
