Oh country isn't the only music I listen to... but the rest of it is all from when I was in school. The big hair band songs are filling up my itunes, and Classic Frampton, Clapton, Eagles... etc.. that stuff will always be right up there!

But compared to the new stuff today, country is it for me. I prefer not to have to buy a CD that has a "parental warning" on it... hahah! I mean, the major song back "in the day" was 18 and life by Skid Row --- "OMG he went to jail for murdering someone!!" but it didn't describe how he premediated the murder, or the blood and guts coming out, or because it was a bad drug deal :P...

Meh, i was just getting to the specific categories. Though early 90's i just listened to rap all the time. I eventually was drawn into Techno and have been an enthusiast since then.

Funny thing is im broadening my horizons with music. I'll listen to a lot of oldies too since i grew up listening to them.

I still like a lot of old rock like the cure, the foreigners, etc etc.

There is one country song i like. They talk about driving an el camino. Since i drive one, lol, i like it :P

niceeeee!! My dad was a Country fan too.. I remember splitting wood before the winter while the 8-track was playing Hank, George Jones, early Tanya Tucker, Dolly Pardon. MOM is an Opera fan. Pavarotti was her favorite. So I've actually been around quite the variety of music. My first concert was Kenny Rogers and Crystal ***le when I was 7. My next was actually an Opera with the 3 tenors when I was 11.
