Patch 5311 VIP Lottery: Class 3 House Permit Giveaway!, it doesn`t work only gives me a voucer NOT a house permit lvl 3 !

not a bug, it says you only have a "chance" to get a permit.

It's a bug. It tells you that you won a permit but only gives you a voucher. I already reported that happening on one of my characters to the HelpDesk, then the same happened on another character on a different server.

Then you take said voucher and get your lvl 3 house.... just like I did.

i did that on co live chat web page ( NO way that normal to give my id on forum )

I reported the one I *really* wanted a permit on to the Help Desk early on Sept 28th, thanks. I'm still waiting for any action, though.
