It has something to do with post counts, registration date, and number of +rep you have.

In default (which the system doesn't seem to be at default settings),
1000 posts = +rep point
100 +rep = +rep point
365 days = +rep point

I have to spread before I can give it back to you.

omg, this is sooo annoying, it let me pep MetTear, but when i went to pep Kane, said i've given out too much in 24 hours :mad:
