I don't understand the 24hr system..I did 10 people at 9am yesterday I did 3 at 9am today and rep jail...now it just let me do another 3 at 15 past and rep jail again!!!:confused:

the more ppl rep u the more u can rep, i'm still in jail n i owe ppl yet again but only like 3 ppl so i'm good

each rep is counted as it's own.
each rep takes 24hours for you to use it again.

you have rep numbers 1 - 10.
you use #1 at 10 am today = you can use that #1 again at 10am tomorrow (24 hours)
you use #2 at 10:30am today = you can use that #2 again at 10:30 am tomorrow (24 hours)

so on, and so on

and takes you 20 reps to rep the same person again (approx 2 days if you pep 10 a day)
