Apparently there's a group that advocates women to be allowed to go topless, and current decency laws are discriminatory and unconstitutional (in USA). So should women be allowed to go topless?

No. For three obvious reason;

1, public harassment.
2, morality standards.
3, 12 years old kids or below shouldn't get exposed to something like that

Ever hear of breast feeding? I believe pretty much all women had their **** hanging out for thousands of years. The only reason people don't want bare breasts is because they can't control themselves. This has nothing to with morality. I see topless on the beaches all the time, it doesn't bother me, it doesn't cause me to cop a feel or try to rape a woman, it don't mean ****. Having a cover your breast policy is for the pathetic immoral weaklings who can't control their senses because they are ****ing useless animals.

I think in the global culture women's breasts are considered as sexual as the buttocks. Being topless in my opinion is very similar to wearing a thong (and nothing over it).

Thats where the whole breast baring situation comes into play. Women cannot breastfeed in public. Either you allow bare breasts or you don't.

It's not like guys normally walk around shirtless. Besides beaches, some videos and films there aren't very many occasions. Sometimes guys go jogging shirtless or bike riding in the summer too.
