You need to go to the folder where the conquer exe and conquer updater are and open them. This way the updater will no longer be blocked. DO this for both the client and the updater.

I had the same problem, it downloaded the same patch over and over. Took me a while to realize it wasnt patching because the OS was blocking the pograms. So just unblock them.

Ah so not just me. I sent in a bug ticket and it's been confirmed so hopefully it will be patched soon.

+ stone composing by batch is bugged, when i open the window there is no window but then when you press batch it puts the stones in there but they just float in the air.

The Chi rank window is bugged, your name is on the top then a whole empty list and a name in the bottom.

I'm getting banned upon entering the game.
 

Yesterday and today, I got banned for no one reason. I say no reason because my account are banned upon entering the server. I play on a 15' Retina Macbook Pro and everything was fine until yesterdays "Login Issues". I have sent out multiple emails to co@netdragon.com and have gotten no response. I have called the help desk and they keep telling to to send emails.

What is going now? I been playing this game since 2003 with no problems and the last 3 years I been playing on a mac using both bootcamp (running windows on my mac) or for the last year using the Mac Client.

i just talked to a GM on help desk apparently they are working on the mac users getting banned, it has something to do with the new bot catching software on the servers and mac users are getting flagged also she said its a good idea for mac users to not to log in for a day or two while they fix it.

I wouldn't go so far as to say don't login at all, but you may not want to use more than 1 or 2 accounts at a time.

I would recommend filing a Bug Report about it, at the Support Center. This way, we can check out the accounts and gather more information about what happened.

I log in one account only, pretty much any account I have, and within 3 seconds I'm banned.

I'm not gonna bother filing reports for the 5-6 accounts that have been banned. There's no information to provide (haven't changed my computer, haven't updated anything), and was not doing anything in game, apart from logging in.

I'll wait til it's resolved, and then let you guys know all my accounts that were banned so you can unban them. Better to do that, than file 6 tickets now, log in tomorrow and get banned again, and waste your time by filing more tickets.

seems like everyone is having the same problem we log in can walk around for a few seconds and then we get a pop up window that says something like 'your account has been banned/kicked by a GM' or 'you have been suspected of using a bot program your account will be banned for 1 day' each time i talked to a gm at the help desk they say they fixed it and i log in and the same thing happens 3-5 seconds and banned again. so, to be safe i'm going to stay offline for a day or two as one of the GMs said and hopefully i wont have to wait another hour and a half to talk to someone again...

Yeah, same as JimmySingh*new been reporting here for months. Never got fixed and he just got ban again few hours ago lol.

Yeah...I kinda have the same problem as well. Kick And Ban! Then message saying i'm botting...Kinda pissed off as well.
