I was thinking more along the lines of infracting people who are abusing the nep by using it to post vulgar nasty things and think its anonymous.

Although I do think this thread should get closed for fairness, if thats the option everyone wants.

well, I don't post anything vulgar nasty or anything else, and when I NEP I leave my name and the reason why I nep'd

e.g. : someone is being racist...I nep :
that's how I do it, and It's stupid that there is no option for nepping anymore, plz recover it :)

its all for fun, same idea as all the counting threads. look at Hand. do u think he almost has 20k posts by having long convos with people :)

he counts like crazy, if u r going to take action. you would pretty much have to delete every counting thread and pretty much start from scratch
