Were you dc'ed by server maint or logged out before maint and didn't autopatch before you logged in? I did that once and got banned :(

Man my ping 4.3billyun i do not like dis and man what this problem i am play in Skill team pk elite pk or team pk and just under path finding and the points/ cheer thing if i misclick it views people "level 0 ninja master view equipment" i need fix dis so i never lose agin skill team team pk

The new release prevents me from logging out normally and using offline tg that I have a month of, I have to force quit in order to log out or exit client. Also I my chat shows up in all white even after I change the colors.

Same also i cant refine equipment with refineries or do the Thrilling Spook Quest.

Neither can we buy stuff from players in market if they are selling it for CP, haven't tried with gold.

Nor can we join the arena.

I can't re-allot my points >.>

And i still can't play champion arena can we fix the time :D can't even join bulletins and its glitched when im always in pk tournaments when clicking near right side bullpoop shows up :/

Ping stays 4 billion and TQ doesn't even fix it...I tried reporting a hacker -.- but got denied because my ping is 4 billion. IS THAT EVEN MY PROBLEM? Wtf.

And yes sometimes when you click to the right side area of your screen below the Pathfinding/Bulletin area a box will come up that says for you to View Equipment, etc. And sometimes when you click to the right, you can't jump because of it. To fix this you have to re-log, but who can relog during tournaments :confused::confused::confused: hello TQ how did you screw up login/exiting options with one patch that's not even related to it :(

Btw. Anyone else got the message: Ban and Kick! Unable to log in for 1 day right before the maint? Cause I got that instead of the normal DC message for maints.

Problem for play the game in mac
 

I downloaded for mac 1206 upgrade need to play however, it is not for updating more, alas it does not update and can not play, does anyone know what to do? I've done 2 times full download, already tried to update the site and nothing .. already asked the help on facebook, anyone else help there.

The one day ban thing is back again...anyone got a similar issue?

Sent a ticket in to TQ. It's almost been 12 hours. Nothing.

I sent a ticket and called them as well. They told me to send an email and a screenshot.

I did it for 4 of my friends too. My husband as well...we all use mac and we all got banned for botting.

Same thing here! i sent two tickets and called the number for U.S. support. Nothing at all..... I hope they get this resolved soon.

Same problem here. Banned for one day for botting? is this a common issue with the mac client? I called the U.S. support and sent two tickets and haven't heard anything back. The support line wasn't any help at all.
