Rep counts like this I think..

For every 100 increment of your rep, you give out +1.

For every full year you've been a member, you give out another +1.

For every 1k posts you've made, you get another +1.

So, for example, my rep is 9.1k. Plus I have above 1k posts, but I've only been a member for less than a month. So I give out 92 points from my reputation, plus another one point for my 1k posts. Which means I pep for 93 altogether. Get it? ^^

i personally have 7449 so I rep 75 points..I get 1 added for being a member over a year

and once my rep hits over 50 i'll rep 76..it rounds up ^^

they removed the disaprove option bcause of a **** mod i heard..
