Okay to make the list. Post anything. Go to ur post and at the top left corner, click the number.

Another Window/Tab will open up. Copy the url from there. And paste it where ever you can get it back, like in your signature.
Now, look for a post made by the person that you owe rep too. Using the same technique, click the post number, in the upper RIGHT corner. Again, opennin a window/tab. Copy the url.
Go back to your post. Edit it, Type in the name of the person that you owe rep too. After you type the name, then highlight the it. Click the url button the "Insert Link" (its the world with a chain link in front of it).

Now a little window will pop up. This is where you paste in the link. Put in the link of the post of the person you owe rep to, and click okay.

After that. Click save. The name will apear in blue underline font, which is clickable. Click it and it goes directly to the post that you want to rep.
