the online ways are quite amusing. apart from the same stuff where you can connect to the internet to do global trades, you can for example "negotiate". Two players are randomly put together in a spot where you can see your party pokemons & box pokemons, being able to put them on offer. In other words, it's a very lively trade function. Trading with random people is always fun, especially the Japanese because they make the best deals ever =p

Yea this game exceeds it's former makings quite well.

A new TM system too, TM's are not buy X number based anymore, you can use them as much as you want. you just gotta buy it once. In return they got way more expensive tho. 70k for blizzard, fire blast, thunder for example.

The leveling progress is also speedened as far as I can see. You get 2 exp shares throughout the game, a "lucky egg" which is a hold items that doubles a pokemons xp gain. So if you go trade a pokemon early which gives you boosted xp, then add that lucky egg and poof, you pretty much level extremely fast. Which results in me having a team averaging around lvl 48-52 at the moment when the last gym I'm going to has lvl 38'ers =p

you can also pass friend codes, it constantly tracks those friends for you. If you got msn or something you can both go to the friends room and choose to trade, battle, play minigames etc. The connection is pretty much immediate.

you can also select "random battle", it will put you vs a random player over the world =p quite fun.

yea they should have made the gym battles harder. But now you got 2 rivals aswell, both exceeding the powers of gym leaders which you have to battle pretty much after every town. The story is ok-ish but a bit children aimed (logical).

Team plasma is set to take over the world blabla, but their real leader is out to set out peace by making everyone releasing their pokemon (although is lieutenant is pretty much double crossing him). That leader guy is named N, pretty much death note style. He uses a legendary pokemon for that while you get the "assignment" from the guy to catch the other one. Although he is only available after the league =p

I haven't went after the league yet due me having exams atm, but my friends do and yea they got the national pokedex etc, a few more regions to explore with high level **** etc etc.

so yea if you liked the pokemon rpgs, I suggest you go for this one aswell as this one actually offers more online content.

When i figured out what pokemon i want to use i found out that most of them i can catch after the elite 4 ... so i decided to buy pokemon black too <.< i suck i know but w/e ... pokemon black was 10 ***8364; cheeper tho, idk why o.O

Doas anybody knows if theres an item in B/W that can be hold by the pokemon and makes its abillity not work ?

For example : Archeops ability Defeatist which halves its Sp.atk and atk when hp is under 50% ... id like to make that abillity not work <.<

So yeah is there any item that makes pokemons abilitys not work ;x?

Loved the challenge the story line offered ( for a pkmon game of course) trying to find legendaries now

wasn't really that much of a challenge imo xD never lost, always got at least 10 lvls higher with my entire team when doing gyms / league.
