There are more and more scammers inside and outside game impersonating GMs to scam players' accounts or items, please be very careful. Please keep alert to the following tricks:

1. Some scammers write emails to the players and tell them that 'we' will update our server and need to verify players' accounts and ask players to provide account details. And some say they write emails to you because you are reported that you are involved in a hacked case and need you to provide the account information. Even more, some of the emails will show as our GM's email, in fact, they are not. When you hit Reply, the information you wrote will be replied to hacker's email.
1) If there is any update on the server, we will keep you informed on the site and you can check on: www.conqueronline.com
2) If you are told you have been reported to involved into a hacked case and asked for account information, you can email us at: service@conqueronline.com or the GM of the server (http://bbs.conqueronline.com/showthread.php?threadid=163823) to confirm if it is a true Email or not. Be very very careful when you don't even report problems to GMs and are contacted from suspicious party first.
3) At any events, GMs will not ask for a user's account ID or password.

2. Some scammers impersonate GMs in game to tell you that you have won prize and you need to provide account information or access certain site to provide account information to claim the prize.
1) There is no such thing as a free lunch.
2) GM and PM always have the exactly [GM] or [PM] after their name, for example, Dragon[GM], Celebrities[GM], star7[PM]... The players without [GM] or [PM] at the end of their names claiming themselves as GMs are fake GMs, you can report them to: service@conqueronline.com
3) www.conqueronline.com is the only official site of Conquer Online.

3. Some scammers impersonate GM on MSN and ask for player's account information. Please do not respond to anyone claiming to be a GM over msn especially when the email address has not been verified. Please always be very careful about those unknown people on MSN especially those who ask for your account information.
Note: GM doesn't ask for players account information. If you have any problem with your account, file your case at: http://www.conqueronline.com/support2/account.htm
